This Summer, we went over to Vernal to support Brian and Danny in the Dino-tri. It is inspiring to watch Brian swim while pulling Danny behind in a boat, bike while pulling him behind in a bike trailer and running while pushing Danny in a special chair. Hayden ran down the road and met up with Brian and ran with them for the last mile. It was fun to be a part of. It inspired us to get moving a little.
Tracy participated in the Roosevelt Red-mud run with a group of EMT's he had a good time and helped everyone on his team finish the race.
Hayden and Katelyn participated in the kids tri-athlon at UBIC. They swam 3 laps in the pool...
And finished with a run.

Hayden and Katelyn also participated with me in a 5K for Duchesne County School District.
