Alexa's dance competition

Alexa had one of her first dance competitions of the season. I forgot the camera--which is typical. Alexa came home and took a few pictures of her own--she still has a few competitions to go, so I will remember the camera next time. She has worked so hard and is doing great.

More lost teeth

Hayden lost another tooth. He is always so excited to lose them and to have the tooth fairy come. His teeth are so small that I have him put it in a baggie so that it doesn't get lost and is easier for the tooth fairy to find His other front tooth is barely hanging on, but it is not easy to get this kid to pull his teeth.

Jump Club

At Hobble Creek Elementary, they have a fun little club called Jump Club. Hayden and Katie participated in Jump Club this year and at the end of the club, they have a Jump Spectacular. I was in charge of doing the shirts and I think they turned out really well. The kids had a great time and they were so fun to watch.

Senior Ball

On Saturday, it was the Sr. Ball. This is a dance that everyone is supposed to go stag to. Whitney went with one of her old friends Liz Whitby. This new school is sad in their lack of support to the dances and with the lack of school spirit, so there were not very many kids there. Whitney ended up calling and asking if she could bring a group of kids over to watch a movie--she came back home with a bunch of kids and they watched a movie here. It is hard to believe that this is her last year.

Springville Sadies Dance

Whitney had a good time at Springville's Sadies. She took Nick, who has been a good friend for several years. Obviously, they went as m & m's for the Candyland theme.

Whitney California and misc.

This is a random post. Whitney will have to blog more about her California trip. Here are a few pictures of Whitney in California. She had a good time, even though she spent a couple hours in the ER on the first night with an infection in her leg. She went to California with her cosmetology school for a hair show and to have some fun at Disneyland. She is down to less than 300 hours at cosmetology school--we can't wait. The last picture is Whitney at a snow-cross race with her friend Corbin, he is the one that got her number the day after he got back from his mission. She had a ton of fun. Notice she was blonde and now she has decided to go back to dark. I actually like the dark, I think it brings out her eyes better.
