This year, we woke up to a special surprise. Santa had hung a few decorations and given us some tiki torch candles and some themed plates and pineapples for a fun dinner. There was an inflatable fish at each child's place and he had left each of us a message in a bottle that told us that he was helping to pay the bill for our fun-filled trip to Hawaii.
The kids checked out their loot. On top of the copy of the itinerary of the trip, they got books and a CTR ring from mom and dad. They got money from each of the grandparents so they could spend it on their trip (thanks so much for that). They also each got a new Sonicare toothbrush--exciting!
Christmas got us all pumped up--we couldn't wait for January to come.
