LAGOON

 

 

 

 

On Monday and Tuesday (June 29, 30) we went to Lagoon with Brian and Dana's family and with Tonya and her kids. We had a really fun time. When it got too hot in the afternoon, we went and cooled off at Lagoona Beach. This was a really fun way to celebrate Alexa's birthday too.
In one of these pictures, where we are standing as a group, we took that to show how wet we were after Rattlesnake rapids--you can't see it very well because Tracy accidentally took it as a video and this is just a snap-shot from that. We had gone through the handicapped entrance so that we could take Danny. They wouldn't let us all go together because it was such a big group, so Dana, Brian, Danny and a few of the other kids went and when they came back around, they got off and the rest of us got on while Dana, Brian, Brylee and Danny stayed on. We went around again and they were supposed to let us off, but they forgot or didn't see us coming in time, so we went around again. We were already pretty wet--especially Brian. Dana and Danny because they had already been twice. On their third time around, they got absolutely drenched. Danny wasn't too happy the third time. I made sure to stand up and wave to them that we were coming when we came around the third time so that they made sure to open the right gate and let us get off. We did have a great time though.
